The Strikers are coached by Jeff Camera. As head coach Jeff brings vast soccer experience, including coaching, recreation, all-star and travel teams.

In addition, the Strikers will benefit from the professional training resources provided by Sterling Youth Soccer Assoc. (SYSA) ; one of the largest youth soccer association in the state of Virginia.  SYSA has a long history of developing successful soccer players and teams.

The Strikers have incorporated the strength and conditional expertise of Mase Training.

Our goal is to provide the finest training to develop each player individually, while at the same time teaching them the value of teamwork. We strive for the team to be greater than the sum of its parts, as each team member supports and benefits from each other.

We challenge each player to learn and grow within a competitive environment, while learning to love and respect the game of soccer. All members of the Strikers, including coaches, players and parents, will learn from each other.
